Your day-to-day impact
As our Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the guide helping clients navigate their complex marketing challenges:
- Design and implement automation workflows that transform manual processes into efficient systems
- Configure HubSpot portals to perfectly align with each client's unique business needs
- Lead training sessions for clients and the Adelaide HubSpot User Group
- Solve complex integration challenges between HubSpot and other platforms
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions
- Debug and optimise existing implementations to improve performance
- Maintain pristine data quality through expert migration and management techniques

What you'll bring to the table
We're looking for someone who's not just technically skilled but passionate about using HubSpot to solve real business problems:
- Deep expertise with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot. This includes workflows, CRM functionality, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with custom objects, integrations, and advanced HubSpot implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing unique client challenges.
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Current HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing or similar).
- Experience with integration platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n is highly desirable.
- A drive to continuously expand your knowledge and stay ahead of platform updates.
